- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people who work here suck! They never answer the phone and if you have to be transferred and leave a message, best believe you will NOT get a call back! I signed up for Medicaid well over a year ago and still haven't heard anything back. It's a damn shame I have to call the Medicaid help line just to get answers.
